I was introduced to Meryl Yourish's blog through Mike Sanders blog at Keep Trying. I started reading Mike when he was a "Blog of Note" on Blogger. His posts back then were on people and the nature of blogging. Blogs of this nature aren't usually my cup of tea, but the clarity of Mike's writing and the egalitarianism he brought to his discussions hooked me.

As he says in his post of June 4, the nature of his blogging has changed, and with the change has come some fall-out from those in his community. I've been impressed with his reaction to criticism he has received, and with his ability to "keep trying" to understand different viewpoints.
